Regarding 7. and 8. which talks about Watchtower being fined for penalizing persons:
It is also against the law in some countries to penalize someone for voting. Watchtower gets around this with the loophole of disassociation. When a JW votes they say the person disassociated themself - that the person simply chose to no longer be a JW by choosing to vote and they respect their right to no longer be a JW by making that choice. They can similarly use disassociation to punish anyone for anything regardless of what the law says.

"Is there POMD?
Physically Out Mentally Diseased?"Alright, let's not get carried away with the acronyms, people. I think what you're describing is still POMO - Physically Out Mentally Opposed.

Apostate driven lies
by pleaseresearch inok guys and gals.. let's have them.
as horrible as this may be i really want to see a few examples.
all my life i was taught that apostates just spread lies and falsehoods.. yet since i have left the organisation and looked deeply into apostate articles.

The only "lies" I have come across are those pertaining to hidden subliminal images, and to be fair even those aren't real lies because for one there actually were a few "easter egg" type images in older literature and secondly the other dubious claims of subliminal images are not deliberate attempts to mislead but just paranoid, super-cynical ex-JWs succumbing to pareidolia.
Who I do see lying on youtube videos and in the postings on various internet fora, are JW elders and publishers, when they're asked questions that could expose certain unsavory aspects of their religion. Yahoo Answers' Religion and Spirituality section has many examples of JWs giving dishonest answers and comments to hide and deny unsavory facts about their religion pertaining to things like shunning and discouraging higher education.

The right to record your judicial committee meeting
by UnshackleTheChains inok.. we have often heard secret recordings online of jc hearings.
but, what i would like to know is if individuals are entitled to the right of officially recording their judicial hearings?.
supposing i was to attend a judicial committee and i explained up front that i would like to record the proceedings and then place a dictaphone on the table.

A thought just occurred to me: what if you're not recording - just broadcasting or streaming the audio live. Since you're not actually recording, is that a legal loophole for laws that forbid recording? And what if someone online listening in to the stream is in a jurisdiction that does permit recording and they record what you streamed and sent it to you ...

"When I was asked if I was recording it, I simply said "why would you ask that?", and kept the recorder going...."
Yeah that's a good strategy. Also, you can walk with a notepad with the intention of taking notes. They're less likely to think that you have an audio recording device if they see you have a notepad to take notes manually. And when they ask if you're recording you can say: "Yeah I intend to take note of important points. Is that a problem?"

Two witness rule: Stop using it, its not working on JWs!
by StephaneLaliberte inmost jws don't see this as a problem.
they reason that.
just like the jws, the police will not convict a pedophile over the story of one victim alone, there must be collaborative evidence.
-
Island Man
I have stated before that the 2-witness rule is irrelevant to the issue of JWs hiding incidents of pedophilia because even when there are two witnesses they still don't report incidents to the police as a matter of policy, worldwide. And even if they don't have 2 witnesses to the incident, that has no bearing on reporting a serious criminal allegation to the police since the 2 witness rule only applies to internal congregational discipline.
The real issue is the organization's selfish, egotistical drive to avoid negative allegations about members becoming public knowledge and bringing reproach on the organization. They're willing to risk the safety of children to preserve their self-assumed, white-washed image. That is the real issue - not the 2 witness rule.

Why are there more sisters than brothers at the Kingdom Hauls?
by Sour Grapes ini have always wondered why there are more females than males in all of the congregations that i have visited?
some of these females are in their 70's so maybe their husbands have died and women just live longer.
or could the reason be that years ago men were the breadwinners and women stayed home to raise the children thus they were home during the week when the jdubs came a knocking?

It's not unique to JWs. I see it in all/most churches. I think it has something to do with with social aspect of church culture resonating more with the social, nurturing nature that tends to be stronger in women than in men.

If we're to take seriously the kind of gymnastic special pleading reasoning that SBF and other apologists are using, we might as well throw logic out the door altogether and naively believe any preposterous claim no matter how contradictory. There's no position that cannot be justified - no matter how ridiculous and contradictory - with the kind of reasoning being employed by apologists. That is a huge red flag suggesting that there's something definitely wrong with their reasoning.
